PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain instant noodles to which an ingredient material is bonded and fixed by which cooking can be carried out simply by adding hot water thereto without requiring an individual bag for the ingredient material/a soup. SOLUTION: This method for fixing an ingredient material to instant noodles comprises a step for bonding and fixing the ingredient material directly to a lump of dried noodles or together with a soup placed on the lump of the dried noodles with preferably a liquid, a powdery, a granular or a massive binding and fixing agent, containing at least either of a dextrin and a readily soluble gelatin having 8-40, preferably 10-25 value of dextrose equivalent(DE). |
