PURPOSE:To machine a top plate easily by a method in which the angle of elevation to the top plate-stock of router element is continuously changed, and such beveled part that its cutting angle is gradually changed is formed on the upper surface-side of an edge member, and then such beveled part that its cutting angle is changed inversely to that of the upper surface-side is simultaneously formed. CONSTITUTION:While the cutting angle of the blade surface of V shape is made deep gradually from the edge 1L of one side to the edge 1R of the other side toward the upper surface 11 of an edge member 1C, when the cutting angle of the blade surface 6a of V shape is made shallow gradually from the edge of one side to the edge of the other side toward the lower surface 12 of the edge part 1C, such beveled part 1d1 that it continues almost horizontally to the stock-surface of a top plate on the side of the upper surface at the start of cutting, but its surface erects gradually with twisting and has the inclination of prescribed angle at the end of cutting, is formed. On the contrary, when the cutting angle of the blade surface 6a of V shape is made shallow gradually from the edge 1L one side to the edge 1R of the other side toward the upper surface 11, and the cutting angle of the blade surface of V shape is made deep gradually from the edge of one side to the edge of the other side toward the lower surface, a beveled part 1d2 is formed mirrow surface-symmetrically. |
