The invention relates to a toy actuated by sound. The toy includes a casing (1) provided with a lower receiving space (15) and with an upper receiving space (14), a control circuit (2) actuated by sound and arranged inside the lower receiving space (15) with a motor (22), and a surround of jets (34, 35), in communication with the upper receiving space (14) and containing an assembly of helices (propellers) (31, 32) serving to produce jets of water by means of holes (352) formed in the upper wall of the surround of jets (34, 35); moreover, provision is made for a mechanism (4) with toy figures (43) which is driven at the same time as the group of helices (31, 32) by the motor (22), as well as for light bulbs (23) accentuating the effect produced by the toy. <IMAGE>
