PURPOSE:To render superior heat resistance, to increase elasticity by sintering of silica or pagodite and to prevent cracking by incorporating aluminous material-based aggregate, SiC, alumina cement and silica and/or pagodite. CONSTITUTION:A blend of 50-95 pts.wt. aluminous material-based aggregate such as electromelted alumina with 5-50 pts.wt. SiC and alumina cement as a hardening agent is prepd. and 3-10 pts.wt. silica and/or pagodite of 1-3mm particle diameter is added to the blend. |
