PURPOSE:To improve the low temp. sintering property, low dielectric constant and chemical durability of the ceramics by sintering pulverized SiO2-BPO4 glass or a mixture of this glass and SiO2 and/or BPO4. CONSTITUTION:A pulverized SiO2-BPO4 glass having the compsn. of 40-70wt.% SiO2 and 60-30wt.% BPO4 is compounded with 40-90wt.% SiO2 and/or 60-10wt.% BPO4 having >=4m<2>/g specific surface area. Then, a org. solvent, org. binder, and plasticizer are added and mixed thereto, and the mixture is molded into a green sheet by doctor blade method or the like and calcined at 900-1000 deg.C. |
