<p>PURPOSE: To attain a vehicle fuel pipe, antistatic, impact-resistant in cold weather and peroxide-resistant, by forming a fuel pipe with at least two types of polymer layers and denaturing at least one of the layers with a conductive additive. CONSTITUTION: The whole pipeline may be processed into antistatic so as not to generate voltage of 6 kV/cm and over, or favorably 1 kV/cm and over, only by forming a comparatively thin antistatic layer over the whole wall of the pipe without need for small face resistance. The pipe may include several layers, among which, in most cases, a comparatively thin single layer is required to be processed into antistatic. The other layers of this fuel pipe have advantages in additionally imparting other critical properties such as impact- resistance and gasoline-impermeability, by conducting adequate denaturation.</p> |
