PURPOSE:To reduce the radiant noise generated by wirings of parts and to prevent a temperature rise of the parts by making a frequency converter device such as an inverter used for an induction heating cooker, in a compact size. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor switching element 21 and a resonance capacitor 20 to compose a frequency converter device, and a filter capacitor 19 are arranged on a metal base 27, they are incorporated by an insulator 28 of a synthetic resin, for example, and fixed to a cooling fin 34, and the wiring of the semiconductor switching element 21 and the resonance capacitor 20, and the wiring of the filter capacitor 19 were made shorter, while they were composed by connecting with the cooling fin 34 integrally to be cooled thereby. |
