PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture and its manufacturing device for a sandwiched light-weight steel sheet whose quality has few dispersion and is excellent and stabilized. CONSTITUTION:A thrmoplastic high-polymer weight compound film is placed between two steel sheets, preheated at a temperature of at least the softening point of the thermoplastic high-molecular weight compound film and not less than the melting point of the same and transferred while pressure-contacting by at least a pair of rolls on the outside of the steel sheet with pressing force within a range of 100-70% when an elastic limit strength at a temperature of at least the softening point and a preheating temperature of the film is made 100%.
