<p>PURPOSE:To improve detection accuracy in the detection and quantification of chemical substances to be detected of ammonia, amine compounds, moisture, etc. CONSTITUTION:In a sensor 1, a sensor film 12 is fitted on a substrate 11, a light-emitting element 21 and light-reception element 31 are provided for the back side of the substrate 11, and they are stored, made into one, within a casing 40. A conductive substrate of which the mean value of the surface roughness is below 50nm is used as the substrate 11, and a polymerized film (preferably polyaniline system) is made on the substrate by an electrolytic polymerization method and used as the film 12 improved in the surface performance. The film 12 is contacted with chemical substances to be detected, and they are detected and quantified as changes of a light reflectance ratio.</p> |
