PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the video conference terminal only taking part in a multi- point video conference that realizes the multi-point video conference. SOLUTION: A plurality of channels of an ISDN channel are set between separate video conference terminals. An image signal included in a 1st communication frame received via a 1st channel is outputted from a video input output device 200 via a video codec 201 or the like. Furthermore, the video codec 201 codes information received by the video input output device 200 or the like to generate video conference data. The video conference data are stored in a predetermined area of the 1st communication frame. Thus, a 2nd communication frame is formed with video conference data of the other area and sent to a 2nd video conference terminal via the 2nd channel. |
