FREQUENCY COUNTER HAVING SCHUMITT TRIGER

The schmitt trigger voltage regulation frequency divider divides the input frequency into the desired frequency by regulating the schmitt trigger voltage and using the charge/ discharge of capacitance. The schmitt trigger voltage regulating circuit includes a NAND gate (104) and a division output (114), an inverter (101) and the output of MOS transistors (107)(109) which connect to the gate of MOS transistor (108) through inverters (102)(103), and MOS transistors (106-109) which connect to the source (Vcc) and interconnect to condensers (110-112). The junction point (b) of MOS transistos (107)(108) drives the output voltage of the schmitt trigger.
