PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a Ni electrode plate suppressing the waste of an electrode mixture and capable of connecting a current collecting tab to a Ni substrate 1 with high reliability. SOLUTION: A prescribed area of a Ni electrode plate 8' provided with an active material layer on the whole face and shaped into a prescribed size and shape is locally pressed by a needle-like group 9 to crush the active material layer in the prescribed area. Ultrasonic vibration is splittingly applied from one end side to the area crushed with the active material layer, the splittingly crushed active material layer is removed in sequence, and the Ni substrate 13 face of the Ni electrode plate 8' is selectively exposed, then a current collecting tab 16 is electrically connected to the exposed Ni substrate 13 face. |
