PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably use as a mobil power supply by including polyester amide at least in one of a positive electrode and a negative electrode as a binding agent and by setting swelling of the binding agent to a specific range. SOLUTION: Swelling of a binding agent (weight increase rate in organic solvent used for electrolyte, 23 deg.C) is set to 5-180 wt.%. When it is less than this range, the passing of Li ion in the binding agent is prevented so as to reduce the battery performance and, when it is ligher than this range, the contact of the active material and conducting assistant is prevented so as to reduce the battery capacity. The polyester amide used for the binding agent is preferable to be, for example, 6-nylon, etc. It is preferable that the polyester amide has the melting point 150 deg.C or more, the crystal melting heat is 3 mJ per 1 mg or more, the limiting viscosity (Ubbelohde viscometer, orthochlorophenol solution, 30 deg.C) is 0.35-2.0 dL/g. The mixture of the polyester amide with the polyvinylidene fluoride is suitably used for the binding agent. |
