PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact deceleration switch smaller and lighter than the conventional deceleration switch. SOLUTION: A deceleration switch 1 for detecting deceleration of vehicle at a specified threshold or more is formed of at least one field-effect transistor 7, and a gate of the transistor 7 is affected by an electric field to be generated by a charge on a charge carrier 6, and the charge carrier 6 is stretched elastically, and displaced by the deceleration at the specified threshold or more, and as a result, opening and closing condition of the field-effect transistor 7 is changed, and mechanical structure of the charge carrier 6 and an elastic suspending device 4 thereof are markedly miniaturized. |
