PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent previously degradations of the transmissive members of an inspecting device, by widening its inspecting scope, inside the inspecting device of an sealed electric appliance. SOLUTION: To an opening 21 of a container 2, an inspecting device main body 11 is attached rotatably and movably in its axial direction. In the inspecting device main body 11, a lighting optical path 16 and an inspecting optical path 17 are formed. When uninspecting inside the container 2, the respective optical paths 16, 17 are stored inside an adsorbent storing portion 24 to eliminate degradations of the transmissive materials of the optical paths 16, 17 caused by the decomposed gases generated in the container 2. When inspecting inside the container 2, squeezing the inspecting device main body 11 into the inside of the container 2, the optical paths 16, 17 are located in an observable place inside the container 2 to illuminate the inside by the lighting optical path 16 and observe the inside from the inspecting optical path 17. Since the inspecting device main body 11 is rotatable, is inspection area can be made wide. |
