The present invention relates to a device for collecting and routing rain water in order to direct the said water towards a retention basin for recovery purposes. The device according to the invention constitutes a novel separative sewerage system for recovering the residue of rain water, which system is economic to install, easy to service and ecological. The device comprises a gutter (1) with water channel (2), equipped with an edge intended to support a wall (3). The materials from which the device is made may be concrete, steel, cast iron, composites recovered from waste. The device according to the invention is intended in particular for collecting, routing or storing rain water, particularly at the road edge, in the guise of a dividing wall or supporting wall, in which case it makes it possible, in particular, to recover surface water for irrigation. <IMAGE>
