PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a faulty data receiving and processing system capable of achieving a rapid distribution of received faulty data to a right staff and saving manpower. SOLUTION: A fault receiving center subsystem 21 has a receiving terminal device 22, a database server 24, a copier staff terminal device 26, a facsimile staff terminal device 27, a printer staff terminal device 28, a printing machine staff terminal device 29, and a gate way terminal device 30. And, the receiving terminal device 22 refers to the staff managing table and sets a destination of the faulty data to be distributed. |
