<p>PURPOSE: To prevent a metallic foreign object such as metal chip, etc., from being mixed in a product after bag-filling, and being shipped out by providing a metal-detector in a process following to a sealing section in a bag-filling/ sealing mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A bag-feeding section, bag-taking out section, raw material- feeding section, pickling liquid-injecting section, shaking section, air-removing section, sealing section, detecting section and delivering section are respectively provided at locations corresponding with respective pairs of clamping arms 2 which are arranged on a rotary disk 1. Then, when respective clamping arms 2 stop at respective sections in order under a corresponding condition for a specified period of time by an intermittent rotating motion of the rotary disk 1, given working processes are implemented simultaneously at respective sections. In this case, a metal-detector is arranged between the sealing section and delivering section, and whether or not a metallic foreign object such as metal chip, etc., is mixed in a packaging bag P which is sealed at the sealing section is detected by the metal-detector. When an abnormality is detected, the packaging bag P which has been held is dropped down.</p> |
