PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart wear resistance to the horn of an ultrasonic oscillator in the manufacture of a package which essentially reqrnires that a secreting table should be confronted, and at the same time, to prevent cracks caused by the repetition of the ultrasonic vibration from occurring. SOLUTION: A horn 4 which is extended from the leading end of an ultrasonic oscillator 1 is constituted in such a manner that the injection surface 20 is confronted with a receiving table 2. A sheet from package natural 30 is inserted between the horn 4 and the receiving table 2, and the ultrasonic oscillator 1 and the receiving table 2 synchronously run, and by doing so, a sealed line is formed on the packaging mistrial 30, and a package is manufactured. On the injection surface 20 of the horn 4, a coating film of a super alloy or a hard metal such as ceramic or cermet, is formed, and a wear resistance to the contact with the receiving table 2 is imparted. Since the wear resistance is provided, a metal which is hard to generate metal fatigue such as titanium can be applied as the material for the horn 4, and the generation of cracks based on an ultrasonic vibration can be eliminated. |
