PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect and verify the existence or absence of interaction between pharmaceuticals in a good productivity. SOLUTION: A written information about interaction between pharmaceuticals consists of a heading part consisting of the names of pharmaceuticals and a text carrying information about the interaction involving the pharmaceutical named in the heading, as information for every pharmaceutical. In the text, a different paragraphing indicates a different degree of importance of interaction. Using a name for retrieval and names equivalent to the name for retrieval, necessary information is retrieved from the interaction-related information that the text carries. Upon success in retrieving necessary information from the text, the pharmaceutical named in the heading to this text is judged as the other party possibly to cause interaction with the pharmaceutical used to start the retrieval with, and the paragraphing of the part carrying the retrieved information is represented by a interaction importance rank. A record of a combination of the pharmaceutical name used for retrieval, the name of the pharmaceutical that is the other party of interaction, and the interaction gravity rank, is treated as an article of interaction verification data. |
