<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for recovering a blowing gas, in which a cooling apparatus can be safely disposed of without checking whether or not it contains a combustible or explosive blowing gas before it is crushed, by providing a crusher for a cooling apparatus with a specified apparatus. SOLUTION: This apparatus for recovering a blowing gas comprises an apparatus 3 for crushing a cooling apparatus 1 to be disposed of, an apparatus 4 for separating a foamed heat insulation material from broken pieces withdrawn from the apparatus 3, first blowing gas recovery apparatuses 7-18 for recovering a blowing gas from the separated foamed heat insulation material and a second blowing gas recovery apparatus 6 for recovering a blowing gas emerging when the apparatus 1 to be disposed of is crushed, wherein a foamed heat insulation material containing a combustible or explosive blowing gas is detected, and the detected foamed heat insulation material is separated from other safe foamed heat insulation materials. If a combustible or explosive gas is detected with a detector 5 for combustible or explosive gas, the heat insulation material is placed in an outside holding box 11 by means of e.g. a damper 10.</p> |
