PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To place a dead lock mechanism in an unlocked state definitely by providing a specified time which is necessary to stabilize battery voltage before the dead lock mechanism is operated in the release direction. SOLUTION: A signal processing circuit 5' gives a command to feed an unlock signal to a motor 9 from a dead lock/unlock drive circuit 8, having received a signal showing a battery voltage value from a third low pass filter 2c. In spite of this command, when such a trouble as cranking attributable to starting of an engine is generated and results in a drop in the battery voltage, a Zener diode for voltage detection 30 forces an ignition switch 1c to be turned OFF although the ignition switch 1c is in an ON state so that the signal may enter the third low pass filter 2c while the signal which shows that state may be transmitted to the signal processing circuit 5'. From this, the signal processing circuit determines that a dead lock mechanism has failed to unlock properly and unlocks the dead lock mechanism after the voltage returns to the normal voltage.
|
