PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable appropriate program arrangement and program processing with a desired execution priority without being aware of the performance of a computer connected to a distributed processing system and a mounted OS by systematically processing execution priority. SOLUTION: Computers 1a to 1e are connected through a communication line 10 and constitute this distributed processing system. The computers 1a to 1d have an execution priority conversion function 31 provided with a function capable of designating execution priority in a processing request mode. A program distribution deciding mechanism 21 is operated by the computer 1e and decides program arrangement to the computers 1a to 1d based on program information inputted from an input device of the computer 1e and information transmitted from each computer.
