PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of readily sensing the finish of brushing in a touch feeling and a visual feeling by including copper sulfate as particles at a specific content. SOLUTION: This composition contains copper sulfate as particles in an amount of 1-30 wt.%, preferably 10-20 wt.% of the total composition. Preferably, an average particle diameter of the copper sulfate particles is 2-100μm, especially 20-30μm. The composition can be prepared as a kneaded dentifrice, etc., and used, and a usually used suitable component can be mixed with an other component, then a polisher (e.g. calcium hydrogenphosphate anhydride), a caking agent (e.g. carrageenan), a consistent agent, a surfactant, a sweetener (e.g. saccharin sodium), a perfume (e.g. menthol), preservatives, various active components, etc.
