摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sterilizing effect by elevating the temperature of an inner pot to a first sterilizing temperature, afterwards, maintaining that temperature at a second sterilizing temperature lower than the first sterilizing temperature and higher than a target warmth retaining temperature and lowering that temperature to the target warmth retaining temperature later. SOLUTION: A temperature elevation timer is started, the temperature of the inner pot is elevated to 110 deg.C for five minutes at a maximum (S1-S4) and afterwards, the lapse of set time for five minutes is discriminated (S5 and S6). In the case of YES, a temperature maintenance timer is started (S7), it is discriminated whether the temperature of the inner pot is higher than the second sterilizing temperature of 75 deg.C or not (S8) and when the temperature is higher, the temperature of the inner pot is lowered to 75 deg.C. If the temperature is lower, it is raised to 75 deg.C and the temperature of 75 deg.C is maintained until YES is discriminated after the lapse of set time for ten minutes (S9-S14). Afterwards, the temperature is lowered to the second target warmth retaining temperature at 68 deg.C for low-temperature warmth retaining until the lapse of 12 hours after the lapse of 6 hours.
