PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of obtaining an electrode surface superior in solder wettability, even when using lead-free solder which can help to prevent ground water pollution but is poor in solder wettability. SOLUTION: The electrode surface is coated with silver, a silver alloy, bismuth or a bismuth alloy, and then is coated with a thermoplastic resin. Alternatively, the surface is applied with antirust, and then is coated with the thermoplastic resin. |
