PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite composition capable of suppressing occurrence of problems due to the contaminated strong acid, such as deterioration of adhesion and mold corrosion even when using an ester-based compound in which an acidic catalyst or the strong acid derived from the acidic catalyst remains therein. SOLUTION: This coating composition comprises an compound containing an ester group, in which total normality [a] of a strong acid (A) and an esterification product (B) of the strong acid (A) with a compound containing a hydroxyl group and normality [c] of counterion (C) except hydrogen ion are included therein; wherein the ratio [c]/[a] is >=0.2 and the normality difference [a]-[c] is <=1×10-2 gram-equivalent/L.
