<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for drawing lots and paying prize lot money into a winner's account, reducing the labors required of lot purchasers and sellers, allowing winners to receive prize lot money without going to selling places or the like, and allowing prize lot money payers to pay prize lot money correctly without requiring complex processes. SOLUTION: Lottery voting data and the settlement relation data of a debit card 10 are sent from a voting receiving terminal 12 to a host computer 14, which in turn imparts ID data to the voting data and the settlement relation data while associating them with each other. The voting data are stored, while the settlement relation data are sent to an account transaction process system 20 to pay for the lots from a bank account, and settlement confirmation data are sent back to the host computer, together with the ID data. The voting data and transaction account specification data are associated with each other by the ID data to create a voting registration data file. Prize money is paid into the bank account of a winner who is specified by checking winning data against the voting registration data file.</p> |
