PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flour exclusive to fried foods, capable of supressing feeling sick caused by oil when frying and also obtaining fried foods lowered in oiliness. SOLUTION: This flour for fried food coating is such one as to contain an oil-soluble component with antioxidant function, preferably a polyphenol compound-containing natural substance, and more preferably the powdery oil- and-fat-modified product of the above component, wherein the polyphenol compound-containing natural substance is a natural substance derived from rosemary, sesame and/or olive. |
