PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for diagnosis of exercising ability and selection of footwear simply and easily capable of selecting practice methods and footwear in accordance with exercising ability of a subject. SOLUTION: As a heart rate meter and an accelerometer are installed on the subject, the subject is let to do specified exercise. At a specified time after starting the exercise, peak values of the heat rate and acceleration of the subject are measured by the heart rate meter and the accelerometer, and an evaluation value 21b based on the measured values is displayed with specified evaluation standards.
