PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-way DC-DC converter capable of having full boosting rate using a simple circuit. SOLUTION: A secondary orthogonal conversion section 4 of a two-way DC-DC converter repeats the action of turning on both of NMOS transistors 411, 412 to store magnetic energy in a chalk coil 421 at the time of boosting transmission, an action of turning off the NMOS transistors 411, the action of turning on both of the NMOS transistors 411, 412 to store magnetic energy in a chalk coil 421, and an action of turning off the NMOS transistor 412.
