PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for fixing an electronic device easily and rigidly to a board with high connection reliability. SOLUTION: The structure for fixing an electronic device to a board comprises a fixing base 10, a board 30 on which electrode patterns 37a and 37a are formed, an electronic device 50 from which electrode parts 53 and 55 are projecting, an auxiliary board 70, and a fixing member 90. The fixing member 90 is provided, in the center thereof, with a positioning part 91 covering the electronic device 50 and, on the opposite sides of the positioning part 91, with fixing parts 93 and 93. The fixing part 93, 93 is provided with a repelling part 97 by bending the forward end thereof downward. The electronic device 50 mounted on the substrate 30 on the fixing base 10 is applied, from above, with the auxiliary substrate 70 and the fixing member 90 and covered with the positioning part 91 before being positioned. The fixing member 90 is secured to the fixing base 10 while pressing the electrode parts 53 and 55 against the electrode patterns 37a and 37a and auxiliary electrode patterns 73a and 73b through the repelling parts 97 and 97 from above the auxiliary board 70.
