PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production cost of an insulation member and to ensure a reliable positional relation of a printed board and a metal case to their fixing members while reducing the size of the printed board and the metal case. SOLUTION: When a fixing member 1 and a printed board 2 are inserted into a metal case 3, bottom face part 11 and side face part 13 of the fixing member 1 touch three inner side faces of the metal case 3 tightly. The side face part 13 bent against the bottom face part 11 at the fixing member 1 is pressed against the inner wall face 31 of the metal case 3 by the elasticity of a resin film, i.e., the material of the fixing member 1. An extending part 15 bent against the side face part 13 at the fixing member 1 is urged inward of the printed board 2 by the elasticity of the resin film, i.e., the material of the fixing member 1, to engage with cuts 24 made in the opposite side faces 23 of the printed board 2.
