摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shut out the internal light of a room and ventilate the room by a control device when the presence of chlorine gas is detected in a building utilizing antibacterial and deodorizing effects by titanium oxide to prevent the generation of phosgene by photocatalytic action. SOLUTION: A titanium oxide interior material is used as an interior material such as floor material, wall material, ceiling material, tile and the like, and a filter for air conditioning equipment. A light source 2 consists of an artificial light source for exciting titanium oxide such as ultraviolet ray lamp, fluorescent lamp or the like, and a control device 7 inputs and monitors the detection signal of a sensor 3. When the presence of chlorine gas or an organic chlorine compound is detected in a room, an alarm lamp 8 is first lighted, the light source 2 is extinguished, a blind 6 is closed to block an opening part 5, so that the solar light is shut out. A ventilating system 4 is also started to exhaust the air. Thus, the chlorine gas in the room can be exhausted to the outside, and decomposing removing effect and self-purifying effect of bad smell or formaldehyde by titanium oxide can be utilized.
