<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an efficient system performing product management of quality, quantity and the like while increasing efficiency and labor saving in manufacturing process operations and also securing an enough operation space. SOLUTION: A management system of manufacturing process for valuable printed product is divided into more than one module such as a sheet cutting B1, an inspection finishing B2, a complementary printing/ replacement B3 and a packaging B4, each module is connected with a buffer module BM having functions of storage, replacement, quantity control (transfer number) and trouble solution in a self process, and each module is composed of more than one submodules corresponding to the operational contents and a bypass module bM to bypass only products in the self process when occurring an abnormality in the self process, and also the management system is supported efficiently with adding control systems of storing/retrieving, quantity, maintenance and security to the management system.</p> |
