PURPOSE: A photographing-limit type wireless terminal and a conditional photographing-limit method of a wireless terminal camera using the wireless terminal are provided to receive photographing-limit data or a signal from a server or a device, and to prevent a photographing function of a camera based on the received data or the signal, then to automatically transmit photographed information, so that the server or the device can automatically track the photographed information. CONSTITUTION: A conditional photographing preventing and/or tracking module(105) comprised in a read-only memory(165) of a memory unit(160) is driven with an operating system and a terminal control management program, and is loaded to a controller(100). The loaded conditional photographing preventing and/or tracking module(105) performs a conditional photographing preventing and/or tracking function while power is inputted to a wireless terminal. The module(105) comprises as follows. A photographing preventing and/or tracking decider(110) decides a photographing preventing and/or tracking function, and determines to activate and/or inactivate the function. A photographing preventing/and or tracking performer(115) performs the determined function of the decider(110).
