PURPOSE: A drain regulating cock of a window type air conditioner is provided to drain the large amount of condensate actively without loosening the screw by regulating the drainage of the drain regulating cock corresponding to the condensate collected in the base. CONSTITUTION: A drain regulating cock of a window type air conditioner is composed of a first drain pipe(10) fastened to the window type air conditioner to flow condensate in and composed of a bar(11) including a fitting projection(11a) formed in the center, a drain regulating plate(20) turned and installed to the fitting projection of the first drain pipe and composed of a guide projection(21) selectively opening and closing the lower part of the first drain pipe, and a second drain pipe(30) thread-connected to the first drain pipe and composed of an arc guide hole formed in the other end of the first drain pipe to turn the drain regulating plate by exposing the guide projection of the drain regulating plate out of the guide hole.
