摘要 PURPOSE: A structure of a beam integrally formed with an air duct of a vehicle is provided to reduce assembling process and manufacturing cost, and to increase the productivity and the rigidity by integrally forming the air vent duct with the cowl cross bar and making parts of thermoplastic resin or steel. CONSTITUTION: An integrally formed beam of an air duct of a vehicle is composed of a front beam member(30) integrally formed with an air vent duct guiding air for air conditioning of the vehicle, a cowl cross bar(34) reinforcing the vehicle body and a bracket for mounting plural electric components including airbags, and a rear beam member(50) combined with the rear part of the front beam member to partially guide air through the air vent duct to the windshield of the vehicle. The front beam member and the rear beam member are manufactured by injection-molding, and the rear beam member is fixed to the rear part of the front beam member by vibration welding.
