<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modulated signal generator for quadrature modulation which generates modulated signals I (t) and Q (t) with a simple circuit configuration, when phase modulation is applied using quadrature modulation technology by a high frequency, for example, a modulation frequency of 320 MHz and a modulation index of 0.2 π. <P>SOLUTION: The modulated signal generator for quadrature modulation generates modulated signal applied to a quadrature modulator. The modulated signal generator comprises an analog signal generating means for obtaining a first analog signal, and a second and a third analog signals of two multiplications and three multiplications synchronized with the first analog signal, first to third delay adjusting means for delaying output signal phase of the analog signal generating means, respectively, and a first and a second adding means for adding current voltage and the delayed output of the first to third delay adjusting means to obtain modulated signals I (t) and Q (t). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
