<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ship an in vivo tissue filling material having sufficient activity by simple assay at the shipping of an in vivo tissue filling material. <P>SOLUTION: The method for assaying the in vivo tissue filling material comprises a step S1 and a step S2 for assaying the amount of an alkaline phosphatase and the number of cells contained in the cultured in vivo tissue filling material, a step 3 for determining whether or not the assayed amount of the alkaline phosphatase is more than or equal to a specified value, a step 4 for determining whether the assayed number of cells is more than or equal to a specified value, and, a step 5 in the case of more than or equal to the specified value of the amount the alkaline phosphatase and more than or equal to the specified value of the number of cells, determining the culture completion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
