STORAGE TANK, FILM COOLING DEVICE AND FILM COOLING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a storage tank, a film cooling device and a film cooling method for stable and efficient cooling effect at a low cost.

SOLUTION: This storage tank is provided with a tank main body 12 and a film cooling device 14 for cooling the tank main body 12 from its outer surface. The device 14 is provided with a refrigerant liquid supply means (upstream rectification pipe) 15 for supplying a refrigerant liquid to the outer surface from the top of the main body 12 and a liquid film forming means (mesh sheet) 16 for forming the liquid film of the liquid held in a constant film thickness on the outer surface of the main body 12. By this the whole outer surface of the main body 12 is cooled stably and effectively by a uniform liquid film.
