<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus by which a sheet bundle bound in desired size is obtained even when the size of a sheet housed in a sheet housing part is larger than that of the desired sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A control means A2 controls the image forming action of an image forming part 3 and the cutting action of a cutting means D for cutting the side end of the bound sheet bundle after forming an image by the image forming part 3.
