<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module capable of securing highly reliable electrical connection and its terminal box. <P>SOLUTION: An output lead frame 8 is covered with a terminal box, an output lead frame 8 is passed through a hole formed at the bottom and inserted into an opening 90 of a terminal 71, then the terminal box is placed at the rear of the solar cell main unit constituting the solar cell module. Next, the tip of the output lead frame 8 projected from the opening 90 of the terminal 71 is bent at about 90°and jointed to the front of the terminal 71 for soldering. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
