<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake device equipped with a means to sense the pad pressing force unlikely to be influenced by deterioration of the controllability due to a pad friction heat at braking and excellent in the installing effectiveness. <P>SOLUTION: The brake device 1 generates a braking action by pressing a braking member 50 to a member 90 to be braked when an actuator 11 is put in operation, wherein the actuator 11 is equipped with a motor 20 to emit a rotational motion, a rotational-linear motion converting means 30 to convert the rotational motion into the linear motion, and a liquid pressure transmitting means 40 to transmit the linear motion using a liquid as the transmitting medium, while the brake device 1 transmits the rotational motion of the motor 20 to the braking member 50 through the rotational-linear motion converting means 30 and the liquid pressure transmitting means 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
