DETERMINATION PROCESS OF FUNCTION ANALYSIS SYSTEM TECHNIQUE AND THEREFOR APPARATUS

A method and a device for making a function analysis system diagram for supporting decision are provided to reduce waste time by automating a function analyzing process, and an idea creating, setting, and classifying process for a function analysis in a design VE(Value Engineering) step. A design VE preparation step include an operation meeting, formation of an examination organization, selection of an examination target, determination of an examination period, interim result security of design outsourcing, and data collection. A design VE analysis step comprises information collection of the selected target, the function analysis, idea creation/evaluation, concretion of a counterproposal, and making/presentation of a VE proposal. A design VE execution step comprises examination, approval, and following management of the VE proposal. The decision is performed by automating the function analysis and the idea creation in the design VE analysis step. A function block is automatically generated by defining and classifying a function(S110). When the function is determined, concept of each function is established by one selected among AND, OR, and IF-THEN operation(S140).
