A method for transferring a lease object in the network is provided to maximize profit of traders by providing a route and the method for efficiently transferring the lease object according to a situation of leasers through a website for directly processing or mediating a lease service. If a lessor inputs lease information such as the lease object and schedule, a transfer method of the lease object, a transfer method selecting rule, and a lease application condition estimating method, a broker server stores the received information to a lease database(S112). If the leaser inputs lease information of a desired condition after searching the lease information registered to the lease database, the server stores the received information to a leaser database(S106). The server selects more than one lease by analyzing/evaluating the lease and leaser database(S117). If more than one successful bidder is found, the server determines a transfer route, stores a determined result to a transfer database, and displays the transfer and collection route to the traders(S118). If the lessor and the leaser input lease determination, the server stores contract contents to a contract database.
