The invention relates to the use of the autologous blood plasma (autoplasma) of a patient, in an essentially anhydrous form in a container which is closed in a sterile manner, is essentially impermeable to water vapour, and has an inner volume that can contain at least one volume corresponding to the plasma end volume, for the long-term storage and subsequent production of liquid autologous blood plasma (autoplasma) for volume replacement or volume exchange therapy. |
