A concentration apparatus is provided to increase the treatment efficiency of wastewater as a whole, save the energy by using steam separated in the concentration process as a heat source of a heat exchanger, minimize the consumption of fuel by preheating wastewater or a chemical solution, and discharge a large amount of wastewater as a small amount of sludge of high concentration by easily controlling the concentration of low concentrated chemical components. A concentration apparatus comprises: a sedimentation tank(100) for settling suspended solids contained in wastewater to purify primarily the wastewater into pre-treated wastewater; an agitation tank(200) for mixing the pre-treated wastewater using driving force of a motor(210); a heat exchanger(300) for preheating the pre-treated wastewater; a reheating furnace(400) for reheating the preheated pre-treated wastewater; an evaporation tank(500) for separating concentrate and gas from the reheated pre-treated wastewater; a first storage tank(600) connected to an upper part of the evaporation tank to store distilled water and residual gas, the first storage tank having a first ejector(610), a condenser(620), and a first air vent(630); and a second storage tank(700) connected to a lower part of the evaporation tank to store the concentrate, the second storage tank having a second ejector(710) connected to a second motor(730), and a second air vent(720) installed at an upper side thereof, wherein the distilled water of the first storage tank is transferred to the heat exchanger by a circulation pump(640). |
