An apparatus for treating recirculation nutrients using a floating filter medium is provided to fill a floating filter medium in reactors such that waste sludge is hardly generated, reduce a plot area of ground by making it not necessary to install a sedimentation pond, and prevent a backwashing from being generated using the floating filter medium. An apparatus for treating recirculation nutrients using a floating filter medium is characterized in that: a wastewater inflow channel is changed between an A mode in which wastewater sequentially flows into a first anoxic reactor(1), a second anoxic reactor and an aerobic reactor(3) and is treated therein and a B mode in which wastewater sequentially flows into the second anoxic reactor, the first anoxic reactor and the aerobic reactor and is treated therein at predetermined time intervals; a portion of wastewater that flows into the aerobic reactor of the A and B modes is bypassed to the first anoxic reactor and the second anoxic reactor, or a portion of wastewater that flows from the aerobic reactor into the first anoxic reactor or the second anoxic reactor is continuously bypassed to the aerobic reactor by an internal circulation pump; and a floating filter medium is filled in the first anoxic reactor, the second anoxic reactor and the aerobic reactor, wherein the size of the floating filter medium is reduced to a range of 2 to 3 mm from a conventional filter medium size of 4 to 6 mm by preparing the floating filter medium through a floating filter medium preparing process of melting and mixing a polypropylene resin, an activated carbon powder and sand particles to prepare resin beads, mixing the resin beads with a foaming agent, water and a dispersant, agitating the mixture in a pressure resistant container, heating the agitated mixture under a pressure, and foaming the heated mixture while discharging the heated mixture into the air through a nozzle. |
