摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of sufficiently taking advantage of heat diffusion properties of graphite. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic device 1 comprises: a heating structure 10 including a submount 3 on which an LED chip 2 is mounted and a first solder layer 4a for joining the LED chip 2 to the submount 3; and a heat releasing structure 20 including a first metal layer 6 and a graphite layer 5 laid on the first metal layer 6, wherein the heating structure 10 is mounted on the graphite layer 5 side of the heat releasing structure 10. The electronic device 1 has a second metal layer 7 on a surface of the graphite layer 5, which is opposite to the surface on which the first solder layer 4a is laid; and the second metal layer 7 and the submount 3 are joined to each other through a second solder layer 4b so that the heating structure 10 and the heat releasing structure 20 are joined to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
